From The Week of 1/14/19

As a coach it is my job to teach you now and then so you can think about what you are doing out there.

It is also my task to learn so I can continue to teach you. That could be seminars, shadowing other coaches, and reading, lots of reading. That is the same for you. And it isn’t always books about running. I have also read books about the human spirit, living life, learning new skills, and how to grow as a person to name a few topics. So go out there and read anything you can get your hands on.
