I Can Take Care of Myself Anywhere?


Even before I became a massage therapist I was learning tools to better recovery from life and running. Somethings I even learned from experimentation or on instinct. All you need are a few tools, many of which you carry around with you all of the time. Then start rubbing those sore spots or tight areas, stretch them out, or push them away.

Tools you have: Elbows, forearms, hands, knuckles, fingers, and heels

Tools you may want: Tennis balls (2), lacrosse balls (2), golf ball, foam roller, massage stick

Areas to avoid: Bony surfaces, eyeballs, where you feel a pulse

Where you can take care of yourself: The world is your oyster!
